Milicevic is a classically trained composer from former Yugoslavia.
Since 1998 he has lived and worked in Los Angeles. He is Professor
of Recording Arts at the Loyola Marymount University School
of Film and Television, where he maintains a state-of-the-art
1,100-square-foot digital recording studio.Milicevic received
B.A. and an M.A. in music composition and multimedia arts at
the Music Academy of Sarajevo in his native Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Ha also holds an M.A. in experimental music composition from
Wesleyan University in Connecticut, and a Ph.D. in music composition
from the University of Miami, Florida. Before emigrating to
the U.S., Milicevic worked as a music producer and audio engineer
as well as composing music for feature films, theater, radio
and television, receiving several prizes and ranking as one
of the to ten composers in former Yugoslavia.
