  Let's continue to assume that we are only dealing with constant acceleration (so the average acceleration is the same as the instantaneous acceleration).  Here we have : a= Dv/ Dt = (vf - vi) / t
 

This can be rearranged to get:

vf= vi + a Dt


Let's use this and our other equations to find other convenient combinations between the variables.
