How
to get to our meetings:
The Julia Ann Singer center is at
1. getting to Vista del Mar, the home of the
Julia Ann Singer center:
From the
From the
From Pico Boulevard, going either direction:
turn South on Motor Boulevard and wind along until after you pass Manning. Turn
Left into the Vista del Mar campus before freeway overpass.
From Venice
Boulevard, going either direction: turn North on Motor Boulevard and drive
until you pass under the Santa Monica Freeway. Then, turn right into the Vista
del Mar campus.
2. Now you're at Vista del Mar:
Please
enter through Vista del Mar and go as straight as possible (on a mildly
wiggling road) on a mild uphill grade, following any signs you see eastward to
the Julia Ann Singer Center. Don’t turn left or right at the intersection.
This is the
purple (red plus blue) path in the
maps above and below. The JAS is
an extremely drab-looking cinder-block building that’s covered with ivy. The
sign above the front door of the JAS building is hard to read from a distance
and in poor light. (Alas, we schedule our meetings at times when there is poor
lighting.) It’s across the street (caddie-corner) from the Silbert Swim Center and
across the parking lot from a small library.

left of the rotunda/entrance hall as you walk in the front door of JAS.
3. Leaving to go home:
to go back to the 405 or points east along the

exit Vista del Mar and turn Right on Motor Ave. Turn right on Manning about two
blocks, there's an entrance to the Freeway.
