Undergraduate Research
While I guide students outside of the classroom in research projects (see
service section), it is important that students
grow within the classroom and assimilate the knowledge they have gained. I
have assigned projects in various classes (e.g., MAT 123 and MAT 245) but it
is perhaps most natural in Mathematical Modeling, MAT 495. See the
Fall 2005 abstracts to see the great
work of these 5 LMU students. Two begin graduate school in Fall 2006.
