This snapshot is of the final exam. The final was a take-home exam with approximately 1 week for students to work on their exams. In addition, each student met with me for a half-hour oral exam. On this exam they had to do one of the first two problems and do 4 of the last 5 problems. After grading the written portion of the final, I then decided what questions to ask about the final, and what other questions I might want to ask the student when they came to my office.
