This section is for those who are only interested in seeing how I grade the work. Each of the above links contains student work (some with accompanying analysis others without). Looking through these pieces you can get an idea how I grade, and how much my grading may be situationally dependent.
If you want more analysis of why I graded the way I did, then you should really go to the final exam and click on analysis. The other links also have some analysis sections that can be obtained by going back to their parent links. That is, if you are looking at the midterm's student work, you can click on return to midterm and then click on reflection to get an idea of what I am looking for. Similarly if you are at the algebraic numbers student work page, clicking in the left hand frame on Back to algebraic numbers, takes you to a link containing an analysis section.
A word of caution, the student work on homework 2 is stored as one long page, the others have a more manageable style.
